3 Nights at the Mulberry Inn – located in the village of Llwynmawr in the beautiful Ceiriog
valley. 60 miles from Stafford.

3 course Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in a 4 star County Retreat.

6 Tutored painting sessions in 3 different locations. Returning to the hotel for dinner
with complimentary glass of wine and social with the non-painters of the group.
Wet weather alternatives.

Both painters and non-painters are welcome.
Activity options for non-painters.
This is a dog friendly hotel, so for an extra cost of £8 per night, your best friend can
come as well.

Double room with 1 artist and 1 non painter - £758

Single Room for 1 artists - £494
Cosy Single room for 1 artist - £534.

A £50 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Booking, Payment and Cancellations:
Payment of your deposit will be taken as your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will
constitute a contract between yourself and Sue Weaver. Bookings after Monday 6 th May 24 will
need to be paid in full on booking.

If for any reason you cannot come on the holiday as booked, you may, at my discretion, find a
suitable person to take your place.
In the unlikely event that I must cancel the holiday or make any changes due to illness I will
make a full refund of money paid or offer you the use of the hotel as booked but reimburse the
tutor fee. I will not re-imburse any other expenses incurred. As I must pay for the holiday
upfront – any cancellation within 10 days of the event – I regret that unless your place can be
covered by someone else, you will forfeit your payment.
I advise you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.
