Summer 2021 online subscription – an answer to your questions

I have had quite a few questions relating to the shop, the subscription process and how to pay.

I am using the new shop front to make life easier and once a payment is made through the shop you will automatically receive an email with login details and passwords for the projects. You can use this link to go straight to the shop, read the details, just put it in the basket and proceed to the checkout. You’ll notice a clickable link above the add to basket box that takes you to a video called Project Navigation Guide is also in FAQs. It shows how the projects have had a bit of a makeover as you may have seen in the post, Summer 2021 for Dummies!

The link takes you to this screen, just add the product to the basket and take the option which will appear to view basket. From the basket you can proceed to the checkout…..

…… Couple of hoops to jump through here at the Checkout, choose the method of payment, read the T&Cs which tells you how we keep you safe and what we need to keep, basically only name and email of course but we might have to post something from the shop in the future? That’s why the shop asks the address details and would also need it as a check if you choose Debit or Credit Card to pay.

You will also see it asks you to sign up to a Newsletter which you can untick but it does make it easier for us to contact you about this and other projects and to offer a discount coupon or two to our loyal followers! You won’t get continuously pestered honestly, there is not the spare time for that. you’ll just continue to receive the usual News and Views articles and focus on what’s to be seen around, topical subjects to paint and the usual hints and tips from time to time.

There is a BACS option, Debit or Credit Card option and you can even still send a cheque. Card payments are instant and the shop sends an invoice straight away. BACS orders will send an invoice with my bank details and asks you to use the Order number on the invoice as a reference on the BACS you create with your bank.

If you already have me as a payee then just add the Order number in the usual reference box that you can type into. Once the BACS transfer is received in my account then the shop will send a final invoice with the link and passwords you need. BACS payments are fine, but obviously take longer to be processed, usually a couple of days from the moment you create it with your bank.

The shop platform is secure and it is much easier for me if you use the shop to “order” Summer 2021 Term’s Subscription but if you still feel wary about online shopping then complete a Subscription form on Sue Online menu page, telephone or email me and send the BACS, or cheque even, as before. Once I receive a request this way, the shop will create an order and send a confirmation email. It keeps you updated with progress too with Customer Notes. Once the BACS transfer is received, the shop system will also invoice you with details of the access link and passwords.
